Problem Note 45204: Specifying the ROW_HEIGHTS= option in the ExcelXP tagset with all default values causes titles to be hidden

Specifying the ROW_HEIGHTS= option with the ExcelXP tagset using only the default values causes the titles to be hidden in the worksheet when the titles are embedded. The various parameters of the ROW_HEIGHTS= option allow the height of the row to be set for sections of the worksheet.
If no modifications are made to the ROW_HEIGHTS= option, simply remove the option to circumvent the problem.
The sample code below replicates the problem.
